Our hybrid coaching is designed to help athletes of all levels improve their performance, prevent injury, and achieve their personal goals through a balanced approach. By combining targeted strength training with structured running/triathlon programs, this coaching approach focuses on improving your endurance, speed, and overall fitness.

So what is the process?

Our coaching philosophy is driven by consistent improvement, we evaluate your goals around your life and make a plan of action, if life does happen to get in the way (Which it often does!) and that’s absolutely okay and must be a priority but like me, you’ll think about ‘when am I going to fit in my run or strength session?’ that’s where I come in!

  • I will analyse current training for areas of improvement and captilisation of practices that you have seen work well for you. This helps adjust your program for better efficiency, progress, and injury prevention.

  • The plan is created and tested, regular evaluation stages are added within the training block to evaluate its effectiveness through performance tracking and adjustments.

  • Results are measured through short, medium and long-term goals set when we have our first initial chat. We learn from these goals and set new ones with a fresh mindset.
